I offer 1:1 coaching to help you develop a healthy and nourishing relationship with sleep. Think of me as a guide and ally who is there to offer accountability and support for you on your journey.

How to Begin Your Holistic Sleep Coaching Journey:

1. Discovery Call

Our journey begins with a free discovery call where we’ll discuss your sleep challenges, goals, and whether my coaching approach is the right fit for you. This is a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how we can work together to improve your sleep.

2. Book Your First Session

If we decide to move forward, you’ll schedule and pay for each session individually through my coaching platform. Our work together will consist of six sessions, which can be scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. Sessions typically last 40-50 minutes.

3. Complete Your Intake Forms

After scheduling, you’ll receive some preliminary forms to fill out before our first session. These help me understand your sleep history, lifestyle, and goals so we can make the most of our time together.

Taking this step is a powerful act of self-care. By showing up, staying open, and applying what you learn, you're creating the foundation for deep, restorative sleep. Trust yourself, trust the process, and know that lasting change is possible.

5. Reach Out For Support

Sometimes, the process can feel overwhelming, and that's okay. I understand what it's like to feel like no one can help. If things get tough or you need guidance, I’m here for you. Don't hesitate to reach out between our scheduled sessions should the need arise.
