Cancellation policy

I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

• I offer a one-time grace cancellation in case something unexpected comes up—just let me know as soon as possible.

• Emergencies happen—if you have an unavoidable situation, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
